Life in a box... be the victor.

March 2020. I had just gotten furloughed. I was 220, lazy, depressed, and didn’t do much other than take care of my kids.
The right was this morning, down 25 lbs, I workout daily, and keep my mind right.
I have a unique health situation that keeps me from lifting heavy weights, and spiking my blood pressure because of the arteries in my neck. I also have an enlarged heart, and severe asthma.
But, I keep hammering away anyways, determined to never be the version on the left again.
Covid gave me a chance to start over, to get right with my mental and physical self.
I’ve logged hundreds of miles in the last six months, setting goals for myself, and accomplishing these goals has been huge for me.
But, most importantly I’m finding myself again, improving, and growing. No longer the victim of my circumstances but a victor.
Choose your path people! The person you want to be will not just magically appear tomorrow morning.
